Agreement to terms and conditions of use.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User," "you") and Logicircuit Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://schoolos.app website, the Socio platform, and related services. By accessing the website or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Services offered

Socio provides supervised school AI software for India, including chat-first school administration (Tota AI), Autopilot workflows with human approval, and multi-portal access for administrators, staff, teachers, parents, and drivers. Features include but are not limited to attendance, fees, assignments, transport tracking via phone GPS, leave management, PTM scheduling, announcements, and WhatsApp-based notifications and OTP login.

Socio is offered on a monthly subscription basis per school. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing tier, and implementation terms for any school engagement may be governed by a separate agreement or statement of work between the school and the Company.

3. WhatsApp Business communication

As part of our services and customer support, we utilize the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

  • Consent to receive messages: By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in via our website, school onboarding, or service agreements, you consent to receive communications from Socio via WhatsApp. These may include OTP login codes, bus alerts, leave updates, PTM reminders, project updates, support responses, and informational alerts.
  • Standard rates may apply: While Socio does not charge you for WhatsApp communications, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: You reserve the right to revoke this consent at any time. You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages by replying "STOP" to our messages or by contacting us at sreeram.maganti@thelogiccircuit.com. Upon opting out, we will promptly update our communication preferences.
  • Meta policies: Your use of WhatsApp to communicate with us is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's Business Messaging Policies. You agree not to use our WhatsApp channel to transmit any spam, abusive, or illegal content.

4. User roles and school data

Access to Socio is role-based. School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and the accuracy of school data entered into the platform. Parents, teachers, drivers, and staff may only access data relevant to their role and as authorized by the school.

5. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics on the website and platform (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. School data entered by users remains the property of the respective school; we process it solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the website, platform, or our communication channels for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to:

  • Use the site or our WhatsApp channels to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the website or the networks or services connected to the site.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the site designed to prevent or restrict access.
  • Access or attempt to access data belonging to other users or schools without authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logicircuit Private Limited and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, platform, or our services. Socio provides AI-assisted workflows that require human approval; the school and its authorized users remain responsible for final decisions and actions taken on behalf of the school.

8. Modifications and interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website, platform, or these Terms at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or our communication channels.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Logicircuit Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
